About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the National Service Manager is responsible for leading all service-related activities nationally. You will play a key role in training internal and external service teams, managing operational performance, driving service growth initiatives, and ensuring the highest levels of customer support.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training to internal service personnel and external service partners (KPs)
- Liaise with Head Office (CKC) on all service-related matters

Oversee the service department's sales and profit performance, implementing corrective actions as needed

Set and maintain service pricing and perform accurate price calculations

Assess and approve warranty claims

Communicate regularly with key customers and service partners

Manage and resolve customer complaints relating to service delivery

Ensure all staff are updated with the latest classified service information
Service Growth and Development

Identify and pursue opportunities to increase service revenue and value-added offerings

Develop strategies to expand service contract coverage and improve customer retention

Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to drive improvement

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on promotions and campaigns

Drive service efficiency and customer satisfaction through KPIs such as first-time-fix rate and response times

Support rollout of new digital tools and service platforms

Promote alignment and efficiency across the service team
What We’re Looking For
- Trade qualification in a mechanical or electrical field (compressed air experience highly regarded)

Valid driver’s licence

Strong background in servicing and repairing technical equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to lead and multitask in a dynamic environment

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- SAP Service Module experience desirable but not essential (training provided).
