About the Role

As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. You'll be responsible for planning and allocating workloads, managing service agreements and quotations, coordinating with customers and technicians, and supporting internal departments to deliver outstanding service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and allocate service work to technicians for optimal productivity

  • Register and process service agreement and quotation requests promptly

  • Manage and follow up on quotes for Sigma Covers, tenders, repairs, and overhauls

  • Liaise with customers on additional work identified during service visits

  • Coordinate subcontractor work and ensure successful project completion

  • Maintain strong communication between Service and Sales departments

  • Create and manage records in SAP, including EMRs, customer files, and contract updates

  • Ensure documentation complies with company standards

  • Support achievement of service targets and budget for your area

  • Answer overflow customer calls and perform ad hoc tasks as required

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude

  • Previous experience in service coordination or a similar role

  • Technical understanding of compressed air equipment is highly desirable

  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
